# What You'll Need:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini (well-stirred)
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, oat, or soy)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Place ice cubes into two tall glasses, dividing evenly.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly between the prepared glasses.
04 - Pour the tahini mixture into each glass and stir well to combine.
05 - Top drinks with plant-based milk and stir gently to create a creamy texture.
