01 - 4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, baby spinach, frisée)
02 - 5.3 oz goat cheese, crumbled or sliced
03 - 8 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
04 - 1.4 oz toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 small apple, thinly sliced (optional)

→ Spiced Honey Dressing

07 - 3 tablespoons honey
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
11 - 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
13 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
14 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Method:

01 - Combine honey, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat, then whisk in lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - Spread mixed salad greens evenly on a large platter or individual plates. Distribute goat cheese, chopped dates, toasted walnuts, red onion, and apple slices evenly over the greens.
03 - Drizzle the warm spiced honey dressing evenly over the salad components just before serving.
04 - Gently toss the salad to combine or serve with dressing on the side according to preference.
