06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (optional)
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

12 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
13 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives or parsley

01 - Slice each mini bell pepper lengthwise in half. Remove seeds and membranes while keeping stems if preferred for presentation.
02 - In a medium bowl, mash feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until mostly smooth.
03 - Mix in parsley, dill if using, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper. Adjust salt to taste.
