# What You'll Need:
→ Chocolate
01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
→ Decorations
02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
→ Optional
05 - 1 tsp coconut oil (for glossier chocolate)
# Method:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the chopped chocolate and optional coconut oil in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or a small zip-top bag and snip off a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the parchment paper; these will serve as the tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick, creating a triangular shape that resembles a Christmas tree.
06 - While the chocolate is still wet, immediately sprinkle with colored sprinkles and sugar pearls.
07 - Allow the trees to set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel the trees off the parchment and serve or package as gifts.
