# What You'll Need:

→ Pinwheels

01 - 4 large spinach or flour tortillas (10-inch)
02 - 6 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
04 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
05 - 7 oz smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
06 - 1 medium red bell pepper, finely diced
07 - 1 small cucumber, julienned
08 - 1 carrot, peeled and grated
09 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnishing and Assembly

11 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunk)
12 - Fresh parsley sprigs (for tree branches)
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (for tree ornaments)
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape (for tree topper)

# Method:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edges.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the spread, followed by diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
05 - Repeat the spreading, filling, and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.
06 - Unwrap each roll and slice into 6 equal pinwheels.
07 - Arrange the pinwheels on a large platter, forming the shape of a Christmas tree with a wide base tapering to the top.
08 - Insert pretzel sticks at the base to create a tree trunk. Garnish with parsley sprigs between pinwheels, place cherry tomato halves as ornaments, and top with a star-shaped yellow bell pepper slice.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
