A soothing tart cherry and magnesium blend with sparkling water for a calming drink.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 fl oz 100% unsweetened tart cherry juice
02 - 0.25 cup unflavored sparkling water
03 - 1 tablespoon magnesium powder supplement, unflavored or berry flavor
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
05 - Ice cubes

06 - Lemon wheel or fresh mint sprig (optional)
