# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 16-cup mini muffin tin or line with mini liners.
02 - Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in granulated and brown sugar until fully incorporated.
03 - Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture until smooth and glossy.
04 - Sift cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
05 - Gently fold dark chocolate chips into the batter for an even distribution.
06 - Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs; cool in pan for 10 minutes.
08 - Remove brownie bites from tin and place on a cooling rack until fully cooled before decorating.
09 - Tint melted white chocolate with pink gel food coloring for noses and ears.
10 - Using a piping bag or toothpick, apply small dots for noses and cheeks, and draw whiskers and tails with white chocolate.
11 - Press two mini chocolate chips onto each bite for eyes, place a pink sprinkle or M&M for the nose, and affix slivered almonds or jelly candies as ears.
12 - Insert a licorice lace or a candy strand at the base of each brownie bite to create the tail.
