# Method:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all vegetables to ensure freshness.
02 - Slice the cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds. Cut the red bell pepper into strips. Trim radishes, leaving a small portion of green stem intact for garnish.
03 - Construct Santa hats by placing one cherry tomato atop each cucumber round with a basil leaf between them to represent the hat brim, followed by a mozzarella ball on top as the pompom. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
04 - Arrange the Santa hats evenly on a serving platter. Fill remaining spaces with cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, radishes, bell pepper strips, and baby carrots for an appealing presentation.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, chives, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
