  • Smores Toppings: 6 full graham crackers , broken into small pieces , 1 cup mini marshmallows , 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms or holiday sprinkles , 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (optional , for drizzling)

Instructions

Step 1:
Line a baking sheet (approximately 23x33 cm/9x13 inch) with parchment paper.
Step 2:
In a microwave-safe bowl , melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate together in 30-second intervals , stirring after each , until smooth. (Alternatively , use a double boiler.)
Step 3:
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a spatula to about 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick.
Step 4:
Immediately scatter the graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows over the chocolate. Gently press them down so they adhere.
Step 5:
