09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and toast for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp. Remove and allow to cool.
02 - In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
04 - Add the cooled toasted bread cubes to the produce mixture. Pour the dressing over and toss gently to combine. Let the salad rest for 5 to 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
