# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit Puree
01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional, to taste
→ Tea Base
05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach and mango
09 - Ice cubes
# Method:
01 - In a blender, combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Process until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Pass the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother consistency, if preferred.
03 - Pour the cooled black tea into the pitcher. Stir thoroughly to blend the fruit puree and tea base.
04 - Add chilled sparkling water and mix gently to preserve the bubbles.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mango-peach sparkling tea mixture over the ice.
06 - Top with fresh mint leaves and sliced peach and mango. Serve promptly while chilled.
