# Method:
01 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves completely, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - Once the syrup has cooled completely, stir in the limoncello liqueur until fully combined.
03 - Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container with a wide surface area for even freezing.
04 - Freeze for 4 hours, stirring vigorously with a fork every 30 to 45 minutes to break up ice crystals and develop a smooth, creamy texture.
05 - When fully set and easily scoopable, portion into chilled glasses or bowls and serve immediately.
