# What You'll Need:

01 - 7 oz feta cheese, cut into 16 cubes
→ Fruits & Vegetables
02 - 1/2 English cucumber, sliced into 16 rounds
03 - 16 fresh mint leaves or basil leaves
04 - 16 dried cranberries
→ Nuts (optional)
05 - 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
→ For Drizzling
06 - 2 tbsp honey
07 - 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Thread one cube of feta cheese onto each small skewer or cocktail pick.
02 - Place a cucumber slice, a fresh mint leaf, and a dried cranberry onto each skewer following the feta.
03 - Lay the completed skewers neatly on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the skewers if using.
