# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They're crispy on the outside like proper fries, but you're actually eating vegetables—no guilt required.
  • The ranch dip tastes homemade and herbaceous in a way that bottled versions will never match.
  • Your air fryer finally gets to feel like it earns its counter space.
  • Prep takes barely fifteen minutes, so you can make these even on nights when you're already tired.
02 -
  • Double-coating is worth the extra time if you want that shattering texture—dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs, then dip again and coat again before air frying.
  • Shaking the basket at the halfway mark is essential, not optional; it's the only way they brown evenly.
  • If your dip tastes flat, it's almost always because the lemon juice or salt is shy; add these gradually and keep tasting.
03 -
  • Invest in an oil spray bottle rather than using canned versions—you get better control and less chemical taste.
  • Let your Greek yogurt come to room temperature before mixing the dip so it combines smoothly without lumps.
