# Method:

02 - Slice off both ends of each fruit, stand upright and carefully remove peel and pith following the curve.
03 - Cut each citrus fruit into thin, even rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick, removing seeds as needed.
04 - Lay citrus slices on a large platter or wooden board in overlapping rows or garland form, alternating colors and varieties.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between citrus slices, sprinkle pomegranate arils if used, drizzle honey or agave syrup lightly, and finish with flaky sea salt if desired.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate; best consumed the same day.
