# Method:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Gently wash strawberries and pat dry completely, leaving stems intact.
02 - Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the stem and submerge into melted chocolate, coating most of the berry. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
04 - Arrange chocolate-coated strawberries on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
