07 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
# Method:

03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick using a spatula.
04 - Distribute the chopped almonds, pistachios, cranberries, apricots, and pumpkin seeds over the chocolate. Gently press the toppings to adhere.
05 - Sprinkle flaky sea salt evenly over the toppings.
06 - Refrigerate the tray for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is fully set.
07 - Break the set chocolate into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
