# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
05 - Fold in mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, and half of the mini marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and evenly sprinkle the remaining marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts over the top.
