01 - 2 crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Gala), thinly sliced
02 - 1 pear, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
04 - ½ cup dried cranberries
05 - ½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

06 - ½ cup walnuts or pecans, toasted if desired
07 - ½ cup cheddar cheese, cubed
08 - ¼ cup honey
09 - ½ lemon, juiced for brushing fruit

# Method:

01 - Slice apples and pear thinly, removing cores. Lightly brush slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - Place apple and pear slices evenly on a large serving board or platter.

04 - Group cheddar cheese cubes and toasted nuts in small piles or ramekins on the board.
